Volunteering

Volunteering is a great way for passionate members of our local community to get involved in the magic of the Geopark. We are currently building an exciting portfolio of volunteering opportunities. There are so many exciting ways for people to get involved, from assisting in the delivery of our education and learning programmes, to undertaking practical conservation tasks to help protect the Geopark and its special landscapes, the list of possibilities is endless.

When volunteering, you’ll have the opportunity to meet likeminded people, learn new skills, improve your health and well-being and make a real difference to your local area. These opportunities are particularly helpful if you’re considering a career in the heritage sector. You’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experiences that will set you apart from your peers and give you great confidence, teach you fantastic lessons and provide you with some great experience to add to your CV.

If you would like to learn more about volunteering opportunities contact us at info@cuilcaghlakelands.org for more information on how you can get involved.
