Join Walk Leader, Paul Kellagher and local Tour Guide, Pauline Gilmartin for a Winter Wellbeing Walk in Castle Caldwell Forest. During this guided walk, you will be supported to connect with others, and engage deeper with nature, by slowing to its rhythm and recognising how spending time in nature helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
Pauline will share the significant heritage of Castle Caldwell from the past, in the present and for the future.
Paul is a specialist activity provider, and this walk is suitable for ALL. If you have any additional needs (including adaptive wheelchairs, sensory requirements), please let us know at time of booking. Activities will be tailored to suit all abilities, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported as they engage with nature.
To book email paul@accessibleadventures.ie or call +44(0)7764678955.
This Geopark event is supported by the Public Health Agency through the Clear Project.
