Big Butterfly Count

Published: 25 July 2025

From 18 July -10 August, why not take just 15 minutes to enjoy the outdoors and help our friends at Butterfly Conservation track the health of our environment by participating in the Big Butterfly Count.
It’s fun, free and no prior experience is needed and best of all you can make a real difference. All you have to do is:
📲 Download the app or visit bigbutterflycount.org
📍 Find a space in nature that you have permissions to access – garden, park, balcony or even your favourite Geopark site
🕒 Spend just 15 minutes undertaking the survey
Let’s help our butterflies flutter into the future.
