Begin your visit with an interactive 30 minute guided tour here you will see the 16 steps of how this world famous product is created, watch our craftspeople demonstrate moulding, flowering, painting & basket weaving. Our Museum is self-guided and has pieces dating back to 1857, relax in our restaurant with a Tea/Coffee served in Belleek Tableware.. The retail showroom has the complete product range on display making it easy to buy that perfect gift, tax free shopping and shipping available for international visitors.

Our Commitment to Sustainability
We are Ireland’s oldest working pottery – preserving heritage since 1857. The Visitor Centre combines factory insight with history and museum exhibits. We have 150 employees, supporting 12% of the local population. Our eco-friendly practices include recycling production waste and using local waste partners. We have a solar PV system providing 30% of energy needs, cutting 18 tonnes of CO₂ annually. We have fully accessible facilities and family-friendly experiences. We also have multilingual tours and cultural inclusivity.
Belleek Pottery Visitor Centre
This is a cooperation project between Fermanagh and Omagh District Council and Cavan County Council.
