We supply our Boxty fresh daily to local shops and butchers here in Cavan and surrounding counties and also many other supermarkets across the country. Our products are made using our traditional family recipe and method. Our dumpling boxty and pan boxty are gluten free, dairy free, low in fat and made using the finest Irish potatoes and nothing else, making them a popular choice at slimming groups nationwide. We cater for vegans, vegetarians and Coeliacs.
